Welcome to The Happy Travel Bug! My happiest memories growing up are from travels with my family. I want to make everyone's happiest memories their trips by showing them unique, fun and memorable things to do, see and eat.
I also love to spend time with my Shih Tzu, Louie. Sometimes that means taking him along on a road trip. But since he's so cute, I include videos of him at home as well.

Hiking to Portofino, Italy from Santa Margherita

Our Holland America cruise stopped in Santa Margherita and we decided to hike the four mile trail to Portofino. Gorgeous views along the way and some delicious food back in Santa Margarita. Love it but not sure the tickets should be $159 each! Wow!
New subscribers here. We spent 3 1/2 months on the Noordam last year. We had a verandah part of the time and a Neptune Suite for the rest of the time. We’ve wondered if the Signature Suite is worth the $.
What are your thoughts after the video? Would it be worth it you think?
@@TheHappyTravelBug We like the extra space with the addition of the dressing area, and the double sinks in the bathroom. But because we tend to do really long trips on the smaller ships, the expense can feel really extravagant. So, unless there was a last minute upgrade option, we'll probably stay with the regular verandah.

Went there when I was a kid. "Wild" is such a loose term as we just walked right up to them and they let us pet them. They loved it.

I think all of us Shih-Tzu owners, past and present, have gotten the joy of experiencing the one and only Shih-Tzu zoomies and furious bark/growl. You cant help but just laugh and love them more each time. And like you said... the spin outs 😂 Those are the best !!! Thank you for this adorable video.

He tires out pretty quickly. I don't think Shih Tzu's need much exercise. One good walk and playing with some toys is plenty.
